One useful answer away

A first offer, and nobody who has read one.

It is March of D4 year. The offer says 31% of collections, weekly mentorship, and a non-compete you have now read three times without getting any clearer.

Your classmates are holding the same page you are. The recruiter says the terms are standard. The career night is in April, which is after you have to answer.

Fourteen months ahead of you is a general dentist who signed a version of that exact contract, in a market like yours, and now knows which line actually mattered. That person is not a search result. On FirstFill they are a profile with a stage, a city, and a note saying they are open to first-job questions.

Find them. Ask them. Everything else on FirstFill exists to make that easier, or to make the answer last.

Find. Ask. It stays answered.

There is no feed to perform on and no calling — conversations on FirstFill are written. The whole product is one person asking another person something specific.

  1. 01

    Find the person

Filter People by stage, city, and what someone has marked themselves open to being asked about. You get one relevant person, not a pile of content.

  2. 02

    Ask them

Post on a Board when the answer should help everyone. Send a private message when the context belongs between two people. Either way, in writing.

  3. 03

    The answer stays

Board answers persist behind the members-only sign-in, so the next student with your exact question arrives to find it already answered.

Six surfaces. One membership.

Every one of these is built and running behind the sign-in. The example profiles on this page are fictional; the features are not.

Inside the network

Two ways to ask.
One private network.

Use the Boards when the answer should help the whole community. Request a private thread when the context belongs between two people. Both are written — FirstFill has no calling.

Reddit-style mechanics · dental context

Hard-won answers should stay findable.

This example is fictional. Inside FirstFill, members use the same focused pattern — real threads and replies that persist.

  • Topic boards and focused threads
  • Nested replies with a positive “Helpful” signal
  • Member context beside every answer
  • Posts that persist behind the members-only sign-in

Would you accept 31% collections with this mentorship clause?

The percentage looks fine. I cannot tell whether “weekly mentorship” means chairside time or a calendar invite that disappears after month one.

Ask who protects that hour when the schedule is full—and whether it is written into the first 90 days.

Try “Helpful” or reveal the nested reply. This demo resets on refresh.
FOR MEMBERS

Persistent Boards, private messages, a structured Career CV, event RSVPs with real capacity, saved Show episodes, blocking, reporting, and rate limits.

FOR PRACTICES

A reviewed organization workspace: manual verification, small accountable teams, roles reviewed before publishing, member-initiated applications, hiring-only conversations, revocable CV grants, and access logs.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

The examples on this page create no data. Every conversation on FirstFill is written — there is no audio or video calling. There are no file uploads, no payments, no public member directory, and no automated dental-credential verification.

Private on purpose. Clear about the edges.

Membership starts with a signed-in identity and a dental profile. Eligible dental-school identities can enter immediately; accounts that cannot be matched safely receive a human review.

Boundaries we enforce

  • Employers publish roles. They can never message a member first.
  • Your CV stays private until you grant a version, and you can revoke it.
  • Conversations are written. FirstFill has no audio or video calling.
  • Blocking, reporting, and an audit trail are part of the product, not an add-on.
  • No feed to perform on, no vanity metrics, no daily streak.

Things we don’t claim

  • Account eligibility is not independent dental-credential verification.
  • Some identities require human review before member features open.
  • No file uploads and no payments anywhere in the product.
  • Every profile shown on this public site is fictional.

The person one step ahead is already in here.

Sign in, create your dental profile, and start using the network. If your identity needs a safety check, your place is saved while FirstFill reviews it.
